Thawing Instructions: Turducken Roll must thaw completely before cooking.  For best results, remove from box, leave in vacuum-sealed bag and thaw in refrigerator for approximately 48 hours or in cold water for 4-6 hours.

Cooking Instructions:  Preheat oven to 325°F.  Remove from bag.  Place Turducken Roll on a rack in a roasting pan.  Bake covered for 2 hours 30 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.  Allow Turducken Roll to cool for 20 minutes to seal in juices.  Remove netting and slice.

Turducken orders are shipped FedEx Express (ONLY) Due to Covid Limitations on Delivery.

Frozen shipments are processed on Monday and Tuesday to ensure arrival on time.

Any order placed on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be processed the folowing Monday.
