Hey guys! This is the plan I've mapped out for my very first PC build so please go easy on me. I am a complete newbie here. 😊

For probably the past 7 years it's been my dream to stream and play games. I did a lot of research myself and I think I've come up with a decent starter that hopefully wont need any major upgrades for awhile. I priced out everything and the build is under $800 from what I've been able to find used (not PCU I know better lol) and shopping around for the best prices. If y'all have any advice, think I should make some changes, or even have suggestions for cutting the price any more without sacrificing quality please share! 💕 I really don't wanna mess this up. 🙏🏻

MOBO- Micro ATX MSI B450M Gaming plus

CPU- AMD Ryzen 5 3600

GPU- AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB

SSD- Crucial Ballistix 3200 MHz DDR4 DRAM (8GBx2)

RAM- OLOy DDR4 2x8GB 2666MHz

PSU- EVGA 600 Ba, 80 Plus Bronze 600w

*Side note*

I had originally picked out

WD Blue SN550 1TB for the SSD and

EVGA W1 600W ATX 12V/EPS 12V 80 plus for the PSU but someone on the reddit group I asked suggested I change it the pieces listed in my build since they were better quality and cheaper.

Hello all, just upgraded my pc and thought I'd share on how to find some deals in this hectic market. I was on a tight budget. $800 (which went to shit when i got the gpu) before the gpu my cost out the door was $534 tax included and (a lot of free shipping codes used).

My purpose is mainly gaming, school, work and light video editing. I game on 1080p and maxed my games with over 100 fps(warzone, apex, battlefield, f12020 and 2021, escape from tarkov)

-Asrock b365m pro 4 + i7 9700k for $248 including tax from microcenter. (I wanted the ryzen series because i like them better but was not able to find it at that price i could afford.

-Ssd wd blue 1 tb(my preference) $103 tax included

-Ram Onley 2666 MHz 16gb dual channel for $60 facebook marketplace(purchased it sealed because someone got it from newegg in combo deal)

-CPU cooler master hyper evo $23 and change from marketplace also sealed.

-Power supply evga silver rated 600w $44 from bestbuy

-Matx case with fans diypc rainbow flash f4 $56 i believe.

-Gpu I bought it for $688 3060ti Msi. (It was msrp believe it or not. In hindsight i should have waited for 6600xt even though its not as impressive for the price it would help me stay under or near my budget.)

However before the gpu my cost was $534. For the system i believe it was a good deal all things considered with the current pc atmosphere globally.

Hope this helps.
